“Buy this.” “Eat that.” “But don’t eat that.” “Do this work out.” “No, do this workout.”
How is anyone supposed to figure out what is truth?
Let’s set this record straight. You have everything you need to be fit and healthy. No commercial products, no fancy clothes, nothing.
Sure, you’re going to have to cut out a few things out of your diet. But probably not as much as you might think.
